Completion of the Basic Rider Course (BRC) provides the graduate with a MISSOURI OR KANSAS Motorcycle Safety Program Completion Card that may be taken to the MISSOURI OR KANSAS Driver's License Office to receive the motorcycle ("M") endorsement.
